The MADE Expo provides us and many other players in the industry – manufacturers, architects, engineers, specialist retailers, building fitters, designers and construction companies – with a key platform to meet, network and gain insight into new products and trends.
Over 90,000 interested visitors attended the trade fair with 900 exhibitors. Our stand also attracted around 500 visitors. These included our long-standing Italian and French specialist retailer partners, building fitters, contractors from Eastern Europe, the North African and Arabian region as well as Russia and the USA, a delegation from South East Asia and many architects and planning offices from North and Central Italy.
Above all, our certified ‘Simply Glass’ all-glass balustrade systems have been very well received, which once again testifies to the trend towards glass in modern building.
Our ‘X-LED’, the X-Tend steel cable system with LED spots, also got a lot of attention. The ‘X-LED’ lettering and fluorescent colours can be programmed as required and thus offer numerous possibilities for spectacular illuminations and messages. Our constructions and new project catalogue amazed many visitors and sprouted the creativity of architects. Our projects around Lake Como also led many curious architects (not just) from Lombardy to our stand.
The MADE Expo has given us fresh inspiration and motivation, and we are already in the midst of preparations for the next trade fair, which will take us to Paris in the autumn.
